UBOS AI Academy is the education and training arm of ubos.ai, where business leaders and teams learn what AI is, how to apply it, and how to build a Company Brain on the UBOS platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you create an account or enroll on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Course descriptions, curricula, schedules, and outcomes are provided for information and may be updated to improve the learning experience. We may add, modify, reschedule, or discontinue any course, webinar, or program.

Access to a course or program is granted to you personally and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our prior written consent.

Some Services are paid. Prices, currencies, and payment terms are shown at the point of enrollment. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our providers to charge the applicable fees.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific program and any refund policy communicated at the time of enrollment. Where no specific policy applies, refund requests should be sent to hello@ubos.ai and will be reviewed in good faith.

We may cancel or reschedule a session or program; if we cancel a paid session and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you may be entitled to a refund for that session.

Certificates issued by UBOS AI Academy confirm participation in and, where applicable, completion of a program. They do not constitute a formal academic qualification unless expressly stated.

We reserve the right to withhold or revoke a certificate obtained through dishonesty, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

All course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, software, and other content made available through the Services are owned by UBOS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own personal or internal business learning. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, resell, or create derivative works from the materials without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, uploading malicious code, infringing the rights of others, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms UBOS, other users, or third parties.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as needed to operate and improve the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate any law or third-party right.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party tools, including the UBOS platform and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular business outcome will result from participation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UBOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to UBOS, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
